Because we sell digital products, all purchases are generally considered final. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
All products sold on Alpha Study Lab are delivered electronically and include downloadable or online-access digital materials.
Since digital products cannot be “returned,” we typically do not offer refunds after purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- The product was not delivered or cannot be accessed
- The file is corrupted or technically defective
- You accidentally purchased the same item twice
